Elisha Tadic

Senior Travel Consultant

How long have you worked in the industry?

I was a consultant for 17 years before I decided I would become a nurse (yes, sometimes I have crazy ideas). I returned to the industry in October 2022 after 7 years away, the travel industry is something that never leaves you!

What interested you about being a travel consultant?

It was a long time ago when I decided to be a travel consultant so I don’t remember exactly but the idea of travelling to amazing places was definitely part of it!

Where you have travelled?

USA, Canada, Europe, Ireland, UK, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Zealand, Bali, Thailand, Cuba, Chile, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Borneo, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka.

Do you have a specific area of expertise?

I wouldn’t say I do as I have gained much knowledge on many places over the years and now that I have two young children I can add family travel to the list!

What is your favourite holiday destination/s?

It is hard to have favourites, each place has its own uniqueness but I love Fiji, there is just something about it and its people but 2 of my most challenging trips being India and Cuba are also up there with some of my favourite trips.

What is your number 1 travel tip?

Don’t forget your passport and money, the rest you can figure out as you go!

Why is it important to book with a travel agency?

For our wealth of knowledge and expertise! We not only travel ourselves but we also use the experiences of our clients to better our knowledge and enhance your experience. We can put together complex itineraries that your online search engine cannot create saving you time and money. We look at the big picture and make sure nothing is missed and everything is in place but also offer advice based on your individual needs creating your unique journey, not something that everyone else is doing! If there is anything that the pandemic has taught us is that things can change, with or without notice and you are never alone with our 24 hour emergency assistance number.
